Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a digital guide from Desi Dramas. Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, please review this policy carefully before completing your order.

Digital Products

All sales of digital guides are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase — you were charged more than once for the same guide
• Technical issues — you are unable to access or download the purchased content after reasonable troubleshooting
• Incorrect product — you received a different guide than what was ordered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@desidramas.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order confirmation email and a description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Polar (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
